Call for Papers
University of Balochistan (UOB) and Association of Management Development Institutions in Pakistan (AMDIP) are jointly organizing 1st National Conference in UOB. Conference Theme is
“Bridging the gap between Management Theory and Practice through Creative Research”
This conference aims to bring together leading national and international academicians, scientists, practitioners, researchers, students and experts to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Management. The idea is to facilitate the relationship building through scientific discourse and research collaboration in the ever changing management scenario. The conference theme is reflecting the fact that whether our theoretical knowledge is contributing to the innovation and efficiency of management practices or not. Research contribution in all the functional areas of Management are invited including Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, Business and Change Management.
Submission Guidelines
Scholars, Practitioners, researchers and students are invited to email their full paper in word format, with their full names, addresses, affiliated institutions and passport size photographs by October 30, 2017, to the conference chair through e-mail addresses given below:

The submitted papers will undergo a blind review process. The selected papers will be reviewed by the conference committee, and the authors will be notified by November 10, 2017. All of the research work should be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Selected papers will be published in the Balochistan Review Journal. Papers should be submitted via conference website and should follow the requisite format.
