On the second day of the International Conference on Business Management and Sustainability (ICBMS) 2023, Dr. Fazeel Abid, Chairperson of the Department of Information Systems at Dr. Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM) at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), in association with AMDIP, conducted a workshop titled "Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Business Excellence." The primary objective of this workshop was to provide participants with an extensive comprehension of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its tactical implementations within the business domain. Employing a comprehensive approach integrating theoretical frameworks, practical case studies, and interactive exercises, the workshop facilitated participants in utilizing AI techniques to augment decision-making processes, streamline operational workflows, and foster innovative practices within their respective organizational frameworks.
