Dr. Naukhez Sarwar has a broad based and rich experience of teaching and research in both international and domestic universities. He is currently the Principal and Dean of NUST Business School and has been associated with it for the last 15 years. Previously, he has headed the department of Management & HR from 2002 till 2007. He was awarded a full scholarship by the Norwegian Organization, NORAD to pursue MBA at AIT and was also awarded the European Commission Scholarship for student exchange Program between European & Asian students to study at EAP Oxford. He was nominated for the HEC Best Teacher Award for four consecutive years and received the HEC Best Teacher Award in the year 2007. He is currently a member of the HEC NCRC on business/management studies and has actively been involved in training and consultation sessions in his areas of expertise which include Strategic Human Resource Management, International and Comparative Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
